You know - we actually worked on a plan / price for that once.
Plan (Engineering) - incredibly difficult

Can we try Floating Hooters again? (I am really SHOCKED that one doesn't exist on the water yet, especially at Burnside).

Seems like I was at one in Miami area once years ago - may not have been floating - but we got there by boat.
I used to visit the original near Clearwater, FL on Alligator Alley if I remember correctly.

The one in downtown cincy is floating on the Ohio river. You can boat right up to it as well.
